STEP ONE: Check Your Inbox For Your Account Information

You should have just received an email with all the details about accessing your membership account. Please check your inbox now (if you don’t see it, it’s rare but it’s possible this email wound up in your spam folder).

STEP ​TWO: ​Add Basement Beast to Your Whitelist

Speaking of email, you’ll be getting workout updates and other helpful emails from me to make sure you get the most out of this experience. So please be sure to whitelist my address: [email protected]

STEP THREE: Access Your Stuff

Once you’ve got the email with your account info, you can login at ​​https://members.basementbeast.com/login/ to find all your stuff and get started!

Important Note: You can start Week 1 of Basement Beast RIGHT AWAY, even if you don’t yet have resistance bands. The first week of workouts is an acclimation week to prepare you for what’s to come – it can be done with just bodyweight. You won’t need your resistance bands until Week 2.
